Covering everything from A to Z, we will get to know you and your love story so we can hand select your key vendors, scout for your dream venue, and suggest the best creative options to fulfill your vision. Floor plans, timelines, and style guides are our jam, in addition to being a liaison between all hired partners to ensure a seamless and visually cohesive event. And, throughout it all, our intention is to have fun with you as our partners and be your advocate behind each and every one of your decisions.

Partial Planning.

Think of us as your very own genie in the bottle because we are always by your side whenever you need us. With just a quick
rub of the bottle—POOF!—we are here. The Partial Planning package is for the couple who wishes to be hands-on in the wedding-planning process, but seeks to have guidance throughout the entire planning process. Not only are we at your beckoning call to answer your questions and offer our expertise, but we will take the reins on the more challenging tasks so you can truly enjoy the planning process. And, on the big day? It’s complete event supervision so you, your family, and friends can relax and relish the day.

Month-Of Coordinating.

FRE by Suher’s month-of coordination service is the most compact service offered. This service is for the couple who has managed to plan just about their entire event, but are becoming a bit overwhelmed with the extra details as their wedding day nears. We will meet with you at your venue to walk the property together and to spend as much time as needed to go over all the details large and small. Shortly after, we will create a detailed timeline and coordinate with all your hired planning partners. Best thing? You have access to us for questions right from the start. By handing over the reins prior to your celebration allows us to tie-up all of the loose ends so you can relax and breathe.

Wedding Day Management.

Wedding Day Management is for the couple that have done it all and just need an experienced coordinator to look over the final logistics, create timelines for you and your vendors, coordinate vendor arrival and strike times, set-up personal items such as escort cards and other small details, and manage your day from start to finish. On your day it’s time to stop being a planner and to start being a guest.

Social Events.

Need a party planner but just don’t know where to start?
